On November 1st, 2006 the Parish of All Saints Blackbutt South was proclaimed. Fr Greg Arnold was appointed Parish Priest for a three year term concluding in 2009. All Saints Parish is a parish of three faith communities: St Columba's Adamstown, St.Kevin's Cardiff and St Philip's Kotara. 

The Parish Pastoral Plan for the parish was ratified at a Combined Parish Pastoral Assembly of the three communities in October 2006, just weeks before the formal proclamation of the new parish.

The new Parish Pastoral Plan and Statutes of the Parish Pastoral Council will be available soon on this site.
